Mission Statement:
We will contribute to a healthy vibrant community by ensuring that those most vulnerable have access to safe affordable housing and supports to ensure independence and self-sufficiency.

Vision:
We are an innovative organization, open to change, new ideas and concepts, embracing the culture of innovation and progressive thinking in pursuit of our mission.

Our Accomplishments:

• This entire project is made possible by the support of two donors.
• Construction has been completed on a 20 unit transitional building with support services on site
• Significant materials have been donated to the project
• A fully collaborative approach to working with those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
• Active participation in the North Simcoe Chapter of the Alliance to End Homelessness chapter
• $125,000 plus in donated funds in addition to the building donations
• Received National Homelessness Initiative funding and CMHC funds to support preliminary pre-campaign work
• Awarded three year Ontario Trillium Foundation funding to create a business plan, fundraising strategy, and to support the capital campaign
• Awarded charitable status in September 2006
• Long-term plans for Phase 2 and Phase 3 projects
